Rights of the users according to Legislative Decree No. 196/03:
The data controller is the ARCHIVE OF DIARIES FOUNDATION, with registered office in Pieve Santo Stefano (AR), Piazza Pellegrini, 1; VAT code 01375620513, in the person of its legal representative.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 (“Personal Data Protection Code”) any personal data you provide to this institution or otherwise acquired by it in accordance with the applicable, inherent, related, and/or instrumental laws of your subscription, shall be treated in compliance with the above-mentioned regulations and confidentiality obligations. Such treatment may refer to the collection, registration, organization, storage, modification, selection, extraction, blocking, dissemination or combination of two or more operations.
Personal data shall be considered with the appropriate tools and methods to ensure the confidentiality and security of what has been conferred also with the help of IT systems.
Rights of the user:
Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30/06/2003.
1- User has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not existence of the personal data, although not yet registered, and its communication in an intelligible form.
2- User has the right to obtain information:
a) on the origin of personal data;
b) on the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) on the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) on the name of those responsible for the data process and the legal representative, according to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) on the subjects and categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as a designated representative/s in the Italian territory.
Users have the right to obtain:
the updating, rectifying or integrating the data; the deletion, transformation or blocking of data processed in violation of law.
Users have the right to oppose in whole or in part for legitimate reasons, and revoke personal data from the purpose of sending advertising material, or direct selling, or from the performance of market research or commercial communication.
